Adding Videos: How to make a 3D Platfomer
Video Support: How to make a 3D Platformer
With the How To Make a 3D Platformer chapter finished I'm finally in a spot to do some work on videos.
The first three topics of the chapter were already freely available to download so I've put those into highly edited video form for anyone who finds it easier to follow along with videos than the written guides.
Ideally this is going to lead to me providing video content in the course for the subsequent 7 topics, but I still need to figure out the best way to distribute video content, considering there is a file size limit in itch itself.
Personal projects
I always have personal development projects on the go to grow my skills and experiment with things I might want to teach. My blender and environment art practice has finally manifested in a project! A cozy cooking game I have a roadmap to also release on itch.
This has already had positive improvements for Godot 4 Beginners, as in the last update I was able to bring all my new Grass shader work over. Which I intend to do with other easily teachable features, that could include the waterfall, fire, and foliage.
What's next
Back to writing for me! I am planning on releasing topics from chapter 3 one at a time as I finish them to pick up the pace on getting more educational material into the course itself, so stay posted for the next topic on Volumetric Fog!
See you in the next one ✌

I just stumbled upon your video, and watched it while following the tutorial, it’s great. After I finished it, I immediately bought the tutorial. It is 100% a personal thing, but I found following the written tutorial a lot harder. I hope you can upload more tutorial videos in the future :) Keep it up!
Just bought the course after watching some of your videos on YouTube. You do good stuff. With regard to providing video content, I guess the best method would be to use YouTube's ability to have unlisted videos and playlists. That way you can host the videos on YouTube and just share a link via a file included with the course.
Looking forward to digging into the course. If you're taking suggestions for future sections, I'd love to see an FPS tutorial.
So this is a training courses for GODOT 4. Cool, reecently i start to think about to try Godot 4. For some game.
